Training at the correct intensities is key to maximising your training by ensuring your sessions are recruiting the required physiological adaptations, making your training time as efficient and effective as possible.
Our evaluations will accurately identify your lactate (anaerobic) and aerobic thresholds, allowing us to set HR, power and pace thresholds (such as FTP) and individual training zones.
All evaluations include a 60min follow-up call to discuss and analyse the recorded data and are available to both Performance Coaching coached and non-coached athletes and are undertaken in our self-contained private gym at our premises.
