  • Quarterly gym-based lactate re-testing
  • Strength and conditioning programme 
  • Race and training goal setting
  • Unlimited phone/Skype contact with the coach
  • Unlimited email enquiries
  • Includes day to day nutritional coaching 

ZONE 2 – £139 per month
